Server crashes

by Artdisk / October 11, 2018, 10:06 pm

Hi,

Your theme crashes the server. Can you tell me what I have to do to set some settings? I believe this depends on the revolution slider.
Can you help me as soon as possible, please?
Can you also answer my ticket No. 1927, please? I have been waiting for your answer for two days. I thank you very much.
Artdisk.

Hi,

Can you please get back with your server details. We are unable to understand the problem in such way.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Tristup,
the error that is displayed is: connection time out.

And this is the alert of my server:
Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
Physical memory resources were limited for your site
I / O usage resources were limited for your site

Your site might hit resource limits soon
You had 195 I / O operations per second out of 200 max I / O operations per second allowed

Please send me the settings for the server that your theme requires, if different from the standard. See the screenshot.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Artdisk.

Hi,

Resource Limit, I/O memory limit are the part of your Web Hosting and nothing to do with any Theme. On the server you should have all the services updated like PHP, MYSQL etc. Please find few of the details below :

1. Current Version of PHP : 7.1.22 [ as per the php.net http://php.net/releases/ ]

Please ask your hosting service provider to update as per the current standard. Our theme always work fine with any standard settings.

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

You can opt for our Free Installation offer, which needs the following information from your end.

1. wp-admin credentials.

2. FTP /CPanel to set few variables during the process.

Hi,
so you suggest to set PHP configurations to version 7.2? The lower version available is 7.01.
Do I have to configure also the options and extensions? Can you tell me which ones?
Thanks in advance.
A.

Hello,
I tried to set the PHP version to 7.1 and the server still crashes.
Then I tried with version 7.2 and this is the warning that results:
It seems that PHP is missing the MySQL extension required by WordPress.

Please, can you tell me what options I need to check and which extensions I need to set up?
Or can you tell me what should I change in server configurations?

At the moment I set the PHP version no. 5.6 inserting 368M for the memory_limit.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Seems all the issues are the part of Hosting, it will be good if you can ask your hosting service provider to solve this issues. If solved later on we can easily help you on customization on theme.

Our team is only to help you on theme part or any issues that lies with the theme. Hope I make my point understandable to you.
